With over fifteen years of experience as a teacher, school- and district-based leader and graduate school professor, Aidan will bring a track record of success and student achievement to bear at your organization.
Aidan Kelly is based in New Orleans, Louisiana. A Native New Yorker, his interests include literature, the Mets and the Saints, and preparing his and his daughter’s Mardi Gras outfits months in advance.

Families ranked Collegiate Academies schools in the 99th percentile of all high schools nationally on “School Climate” and “School Fit” (2023 Panorama survey) under Aidan’s leadership as CAO.
More than 400 college credit hours earned by Collegiate students in ‘23-’24, an increase of more than 800% from when Aidan became CAO in ‘21-’22.
